Certified PMU Artists and Graduates of MILLECENTA SCHOOL
A graduate of the International School of Permanent Make Up by Millecenta, holding an official MILLECENTA SCHOOL Certificate, is a qualified professional who has successfully completed our proprietary training programs in permanent makeup, medical dermopigmentation, and artistic skin reconstruction.
About the International School of Permanent Make Up by Millecenta
MILLECENTA SCHOOL is an international academy specializing in permanent makeup and medical dermopigmentation, founded by Alesia Khakhlova.
Since 2016, the school has educated permanent makeup professionals from across Europe and the CIS, providing advanced training based on scientific knowledge, artistic expertise, and clinical practice.
Our educational programs cover:
- Colour Theory and Pigmentology;
- Advanced Permanent Makeup Techniques;
- Laser Removal and Correction of Unsuccessful Permanent Makeup;
- The proprietary INKJECT™ System (INJECT LIPS™, INJECT EYES™, INJECT BROWS™);
- Medical Dermopigmentation;
- Nipple–Areola Complex Reconstruction;
- Scar Camouflage and Correction of Complex Aesthetic Conditions;
- Treatment of Challenging Anatomical Areas.
This page introduces the graduates of MILLECENTA SCHOOL who have successfully completed our proprietary training programs and earned their professional certificates.
Each certificate represents far more than the successful completion of a training course. It reflects a graduate’s commitment to safe practice, a thorough understanding of skin anatomy, colour theory and pigment behaviour, an appreciation of aesthetic harmony, and the highest standards of professional ethics and responsibility towards every client.
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF PERMANENT MAKE UP BY MILLECENTA
PMU Artists of Millecenta School: The Story Behind the School
From the very beginning, I knew that MILLECENTA SCHOOL would be much more than a training academy.
My vision was to create a place where professionals learn not only technical skills, but also how to think critically, analyse every case, understand the skin they work with, and respect the profession they have chosen.
For me, permanent makeup has never been simply about implanting pigment into the skin. It is a unique combination of art, medicine, anatomy, colour science, and an immense responsibility for another human being.
That is why every educational programme at MILLECENTA SCHOOL has always been built around the quality of knowledge rather than the number of certificates issued.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching talented, courageous, and genuinely dedicated professionals. Some came seeking a deeper understanding of permanent makeup, while others wished to refine their skills, master advanced techniques, or expand their professional expertise.
Every student arrives with a different background, a different story, and different expectations.
To me, every student represents a personal journey of growth and transformation. Many have remained in the profession and become true artists—professionals who care deeply for their clients and approach every procedure with respect and responsibility.
Others have chosen a different career path, yet they continue to carry with them an appreciation for this profession and an understanding of the responsibility that comes with working on another person’s skin.
Because true mastery requires far more than skilled hands.
It requires an open mind, integrity, and a compassionate heart.
Not Everyone Is Meant to Become a Permanent Makeup Artist
I have always been honest about this—with every student, from the very first day.
Becoming a permanent makeup artist is not simply about learning how to hold a machine.
A true professional is someone who is willing to be patient, remain curious, and continue learning throughout their career.
This profession is not built on the illusion of completing one course and immediately earning a high income.
It is a lifelong journey of practice, reflection, self-improvement, and continuous growth.
It requires the courage to recognise mistakes, the discipline to improve every day, and the honesty to always put the client’s wellbeing first.
Receiving a certificate is far easier than becoming an exceptional professional.
Permanent makeup is a profession that rewards patience—not haste.
It demands observation, discipline, artistic sensitivity, and profound respect for every individual who places their trust in your hands.
Professional success and financial stability come naturally over time, through experience, consistency, dedication, and genuine love for the profession.
What Happens After Your First Permanent Makeup Course
Many graduates quickly discover that the real profession begins only after completing their first training course.
Creating beautiful results is important.
Learning to truly care for people is even more important.
Every client is different.
Some are confident, others are anxious.
Some are demanding, while others simply need reassurance.
A permanent makeup artist must learn to understand people, notice the smallest details, remain observant, and never be afraid of making mistakes—as long as they are willing to learn from them.
I encourage every student to acknowledge mistakes rather than hide them.
Many beginners believe that clients, recognition, and financial success will arrive immediately after completing a basic course.
Reality is different.
The true education begins once the course has ended.
Every client becomes a new lesson.
Every procedure teaches something new.
The finest professionals are shaped over many years through constant learning, experience, and an unwavering commitment to becoming better than they were yesterday.
A Permanent Makeup Artist Begins with Love for People
Outstanding technical skills alone are not enough.
You may understand colour theory perfectly, know countless design techniques, and perform procedures with exceptional precision.
Yet none of this defines a truly remarkable professional.
A true permanent makeup artist is someone who genuinely cares about people and sincerely wants to improve their quality of life.
For me, the greatest reward is seeing someone smile at their reflection again.
Especially after nipple-areola reconstruction, scar camouflage, or the correction of a difficult previous procedure.
Those moments remind me why this profession is so meaningful.
I often tell my students that there are no overnight successes.
Progress is built through daily practice, patience, humility, and inner discipline.
If you choose this path, be prepared for challenges.
But also be prepared for extraordinary fulfilment.
Learn to enjoy every part of the journey—the conversations with your clients, the trust they place in you, the opportunity to help another human being.
The more complex the challenge, the greater the satisfaction of overcoming it.
One client at a time.
One procedure at a time.
With every careful touch, you not only transform another person’s confidence—you continue transforming yourself.
Because, in my eyes, a true permanent makeup artist is defined not only by exceptional skill, but by a generous and compassionate heart.
My Philosophy of Teaching
My philosophy has always remained unchanged.
I never promise instant success. I never promise easy money.
And I never tell anyone that their life will change within a week after completing a course.
What I do promise is something far more valuable: honest education, continuous support, and the knowledge and experience I have gained throughout years of professional practice.
If you are prepared to work hard, continue learning, challenge yourself, and genuinely love what you do, the doors of MILLECENTA SCHOOL will always remain open to you.
