From the very beginning of the INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF PERMANENT MAKE UP BY MILLECENTA, I knew — this would not be just another training center.
This would be a place where new, talented professionals are born.

Permanent makeup, for me, is not just a technique. It’s a way to enter into dialogue with the client’s skin.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of teaching brave and sincere artists.
Some came to deepen their knowledge, others — to refine their skills or learn new techniques.
Many started from scratch, driven by a burning desire to change their lives and find work that feels true to who they are.
People come into this profession with different backgrounds, different stories, different dreams.

For me, each student is a story of self-discovery and inner transformation.
Many have stayed in the profession and grown into true artists — attentive to detail and filled with genuine love for their clients.
Some have taken other paths, but they carry with them a deep respect for this demanding craft.
Because real mastery requires more than just hands — it takes heart.

Not everyone is meant to become a permanent makeup artist

I always speak honestly about this — to every student. No illusions.
Becoming a permanent makeup artist is not just about working with a machine in your hand.

You can only become a true specialist if you have patience and a genuine desire to grow.

This path is far from simple. Taking a quick course and expecting immediate financial success won’t lead you far. The true path unfolds through consistent practice, thoughtful reflection, and the courage to learn from mistakes.Only through a deep commitment to growth, honesty, and your craft can real mastery be achieved.

Many students begin their training with high expectations:
“Once I finish this PMU or areola dermopigmentation course, everything will fall into place — clients, popularity, success…”

Let me be honest with you — there’s no real success in this profession without a deep inner drive to create beauty.

After basic PMU training

Many discover that reality looks different.
It’s not enough to just “make things look pretty.”
You have to love your clients. And clients come in all forms — demanding, sensitive, beautiful, insecure.

You need to learn how to feel people, notice details, observe carefully, and not be afraid of making mistakes — and rising again.

I teach my students to acknowledge their mistakes.
There’s no point in blaming your teachers or holding grudges.
The only way forward is through humility, growth, and honesty with your clients.

A PMU artist and true love for clients

Not every artist paints a masterpiece with the first brushstroke.
But if you love working with people — even when it’s hard, even when you fail — you’ll find success.

Permanent makeup is a complex art form. A craft. A responsibility.
And without sensitivity, patience, and a sense of form — it’s impossible to go far in this profession.

I always tell my students: there are no quick victories. What truly matters is consistent practice and inner discipline.
If you’ve chosen this path — be prepared for challenges.

I truly enjoy the very process of working with clients — the conversations, the touch, the chance to help.
I’m not afraid of difficult cases. The harder the challenge, the sweeter the victory.
When I help someone regain their confidence, wholeness, and inner peace — I feel joy and deep fulfillment.

Step by step. Client by client.
With every touch of another person’s body, you change, too.
That’s why not everyone becomes a true master.
A real permanent makeup artist is someone with a big, living heart.

My Love for the Profession, My Students, and My Dear Clients

My heart fills with happiness every time I see light in a client’s eyes.
This is what makes it all worth it — the learning, the striving, the training.
There’s no need to complain or expect quick money. All of that comes later — with time and hard work. What truly matters is walking your path and nurturing your talent.

If you’ve entered this profession only for the money — it probably won’t work.
But if you truly want to become a master — you’ll have to grow.
Slowly. Deeply. Genuinely.
