It is a painless and comfortable procedure. Areola dermopigmentation requires the highest level of permanent makeup specialist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aesthetic pigmentation requires the highest level of professionalism of a specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many patients wonder how their breasts look at different times after dermopigmentation and mammoplasty. The result is always important to the client. Often these questions are asked by patients (women and men).  Therefore, in my practice, I provide the client with comprehensive information. Understanding and knowing the steps of the dermopigmentation procedure is very important for the client. Medical dermopigmentation requires the highest level of knowledge in PMU pigmentology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will answer in detail what is the recovery process after dermopigmentation. Wot is of the areola after the procedure and the next day? What awaits after 3 and 5 days, after 1 and 2 weeks. What happens in the areola area after 10 days? After 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 months and after 1 year. For every woman the breasts are an important part of the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A therapeutic mammoplasty is a surgical procedure to remove breast cancer (therapeutic) and reshape (mammoplasty). This operation is carried out as both a form of treatment of breast cancer. To preserve a normal breast shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to use a special compression bra after surgery. You have to wear it for 2 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After surgery why 2 months? The fact is that during this time a capsule forms around the implant. It gains strength 2 months after surgery. After 2 months, the implant is fixed before displacement. What are indications for a procedure?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In dermopigmettation there can be multiple indications to use a procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Postoperative pathology &#8212; complete or partial absence of the areola;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial absence of the areola (congenital or acquired)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The client has Vitiligo pathology in the nipple area;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scar correction (areola area);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correction of the skin color around the nipple is necessary;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psychological reasons. The client&#8217;s desire plays a key role. Many women are interested in surgery to change the shape of their breasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Complaints of most patients include small breast size, areola asymmetry. Therefore, the doctor should have aesthetic taste and talent. The procedure should be performed professionally. In the following article, I will give the contacts of the surgeon after whom I have had clients for areola dermopigmentation procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Surgery and areola pigmentation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The surgeon never insists on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/tests-procedures\/breast-reduction-surgery\/about\/pac-20385246\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mammoplasty<\/a> service, which has several surgical options. At the same time, stretch marks may also appear. I do not recommend beginners to perform this procedure. I conduct training in dermopigmentation only after test analyses of the specialist student. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Important to me: Specialist knowledge of pigmentology, practical PMU skills, level of medical knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> I do not train nipple areola dermopigmentation specialists without a base in permanent makeup. It is a complicated procedure. Training in areola pigmentation after plastic surgery is a complex process. Medical pigmentation (dermopigmentation) can be performed on various parts of the patient&#8217;s body.<br>How many treatments are needed? (2,5 -3 hours)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result after dermopigmentation can be evaluated no sooner than one month after the procedure (secondary result after 1-2 months). There is also a primary aesthetic result after dermopigmentation &#8212; the client and I can see it on the 3rd day after the procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three days after the dermopigmentation of the areola, the first follow-up visit to the specialist takes place. If it is not possible for the client to visit in person, an appointment can be made online. If the client feels comfortable, after 1 treatment the result is super, then no additional treatments will be applied.<br>After 3 and 5 days the redness around the areola will disappear, after 1 and 2 weeks there will be a slight peeling of the pigmentation area. A secondary follow-up examination is required after one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">During the secondary follow-up examination<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>the client is informed whether an additional procedure is necessary. There are cases in which additional procedures may not be necessary. There are cases in which the client needs more than one additional procedure. It may be 2-3 additional dermopigmentation procedures depending on the individual case and the result after the dermopigmentation is completed. After 1 &#8212; 1.5-2, 3, 4, 5, 6 months and after 1 year an additional pigmentation session is possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dermopigmentation treatment can include both scar reconstruction and medical areola pigmentation procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Results and examples of work after scar reconstruction (specialist A. There are special techniques that help eliminate pigmentation around the nipples. Until the pigmentation around the nipple is cured \u2013 3D dermopigmentation cannot be done in this area<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What causes hyperpigmentation of the areola?<br>Nipple pigmentation or areolar pigmentation is pigmentation (darkening) of the nipple or areola. It is dose-dependently induced as an effect of estrogens and can occur normally during pregnancy and breastfeeding or as a side effect of high-dose estrogen therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aesthetic surgery can therefore be used to correct defects in the shape and volume of a woman&#8217;s breasts. Dermopigmentation services (medical tattooing) can change the aesthetic appearance of the areola and hide scars from plastic surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex These scars do not protrude above the skin and do not recede into the skin. They are flush with the skin. There are no bulges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hypertrophic, atrophic scars require complex sessions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Keloid scars (sorry to disappoint you) cannot be camouflaged or dermopigmented. Correcting the deformity of scars is one of the most difficult tasks in dermopigmentation. They are thin, pale, do not protrude above the skin surface and do not grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atrophic scars<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The cause of the formation of atrophic scars is the abnormal synthesis of new tissue. They are formed due to the breakdown of collagen fibers in the deep layers of the skin.<br><strong>Atrophic scars sink below the level of the skin and are the result of trauma or inflammation<\/strong> (on the areolae after surgical procedures). The skin above atrophic scars is thin and sagging. Such scars are devoid of pigment and appear white and are treated just as well with dermopigmentation. They are compact, with a lumpy surface covered with hyperkeratosis, often with transverse fissures. Hypertrophic scars can progress to atrophic scars, which gradually merge with the skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are a large number of treatments for scars. Alone, none of them can guarantee a 100% quality result. The ideal solution is to carry out a comprehensive treatment to get the best possible result: cosmetological treatment + dermopigmentation (my work).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-basic-types-of-dermopigmentation\">2 basic types of dermopigmentation <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">A distinction is made between aesthetic (cosmetic) and medical dermopigmentation.
